Why we built My Cafe Loyalty
My Cafe Loyalty started with a simple idea: help cafes turn more customers into regulars, without making things more complicated.
Between us, we've spent years working behind the scenes of businesses where customer experience, operations and repeat customers really matter.
Together, we kept coming back to the same problem. Loyalty matters, but too many loyalty programs create more work. Customers don't want another app to download or another card to carry, and cafe owners don't need another complicated system to manage.
So we built something simpler.
No app. No paper cards. No complicated technology. Just a simple loyalty platform, built around how cafes and their customers actually behave. Built in Australia, with a genuine understanding of the businesses it is designed to support.

What We Built and Why
Built primarily for independent Australian cafes, not adapted from software designed for retail chains. Multi-site and franchise cafes use it too, but independent operators are who we design for first.
No App Downloads
Your customers scan a QR code with their phone camera and enter their number. That is it. No account to create, no password to forget, nothing to install. Check-in takes about 30 seconds. Most smartphones handle it natively.
Loyalty + Reviews + SMS
Most cafes juggle separate tools for loyalty, Google Reviews, and SMS, and pay for all three. We put them in one place at a single price. They share customer data automatically, so a regular who earns a reward can get a review request the same visit.
Australian-Built
Pricing in AUD with no conversion fees. SMS sends from Australian numbers, which customers actually recognise and open. Timezones work correctly across all states. We are not a US product with an AU checkbox bolted on.
Privacy-First
Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act. IP addresses are hashed before storage and purged after 90 days. Your customers can check their data, update preferences, or request deletion themselves, without needing to contact you.
What We Believe
Software should work at the counter
If you need a training session before you can use it, it is not ready. Setup takes five minutes. Check-in takes 30 seconds. Everything else runs in the background.
Pricing should be public and simple
All plans are listed with clear AUD pricing. No hidden fees, no lock-in contracts. SMS credits are prepaid from $0.10 per message. You always know what you are paying before the bill arrives.
Customer data belongs to customers
We collect only what the system needs to work. Customers can export their data, opt out of SMS, or request deletion, without going through you. We do not sell data to anyone.
Independent operators deserve proper tools
